Secure Fastening: Utilize ropes, securing straps, or pallets to firmly anchor the pump head within the transport vehicle, thereby preventing sliding, tipping, or violent shaking.
Shock and Impact Protection: Employ cushioning materials-such as foam, bubble wrap, or expanded polyethylene (EPE)-to fill any voids; this serves to minimize the impact of vibrations and shocks during transit on the internal precision components (e.g., springs, valve cores).
Environmental Control: Avoid exposure to high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight, or rain. For pump heads sensitive to temperature and humidity, it is recommended to transport them in a cool, dry environment; when necessary, implement refrigeration or moisture-proofing measures.
Avoid Contact with Harmful Substances: Do not package together with corrosive materials, sharp objects, or heavy loads, to prevent surface scratches, damage to seals, or structural deformation.
Leakage Protection: As a critical component in fluid transport, the pump head requires particular attention regarding the risk of leakage. The sealing structure of the pump head should be inspected to ensure it is intact, and a leak-proof liner should be inserted within the packaging.
Shipping Records and Insurance: It is recommended to record details such as the shipping date, method, and handling personnel to facilitate traceability.
